1.3 For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

ORDER ON THE WEBSITE
4.1 To order at www.mauiofficial.com you must have an email account and your browser must be set to accept cookies and pop-ups which in turn will allow you to enjoy all the navigability conditions of the website. www.mauiofficial.com.
4.1.1 You may purchase products online, and you must:
(a) Find the product (s) you wish to purchase;
b) Add the selected product (s) to the “Shopping Cart”;
d) Review your order and confirm the order;
4.2 You will receive an order confirmation email with details regarding the payment method you have selected.
4.3 Your order will be delivered by the logistics operator to the delivery address indicated in the purchase process.
4.5 MAUÎ reserves the right not to accept and / or cancel orders already confirmed in the following situations:
a) the product is not available;

c) The payment is not confirmed;
d) The billing information is not correct;
e) There is an error in the price quotation;
f) It is not possible to deliver to the address provided by the User.
5.1 Prices of products displayed on the website www.mauiofficial.com include Value Added (VAT). The total VAT payable by the User will be indicated on the invoice to be sent to the User.
5.2 Prices are all quoted in euros (€). Note that the change of delivery country may have an influence on prices due to different shipping costs. Customs costs for the country of delivery of the order will be borne by the customer.
5.3 Prices of products displayed on the website may change. MAUÎ reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applied to that purchase.
5.4 In the event of an error in the price of the products ordered, MAUÎ or the User may, until the shipment of the order, cancel the order.
5.5 The total price specified at checkout includes taxes from the country of origin (Portugal) and shipping costs.
5.6 The User must pay only the amount specified in the order confirmation.
5.7 All orders are processed in euros. If your bank account is in another currency, the exchange rate used for debiting your account will be automatically determined by Bank / Paypal and not by MAUÎ.
6.1 You may pay for your purchases through the Paypal payment manager or by bank transfer.
6.2 MAUÎ does not accept any payment method other than those mentioned in the previous point. You should not attempt to pay by any means other than the specified payment methods. If you do so, we will not be liable for loss of payment or any other damages that may result.
7.1 Shipping to Portugal costs 5 €.
7.2 Outside Europe, all orders will have an associated shipping cost and may incur customs charges according to the country of delivery.
8.1 MAUÎ will ship the product (s) ordered by the User from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, excluding holidays, and on the days and times used by the logistics company to the delivery address indicated by the User.
8.2 Our delivery service does not include scheduling option.
8.3 Delivery times in Portugal and Spain vary between 2 - 10 business days depending on the item ordered. MAUÎ's responsiveness within these deadlines varies depending on stock availability, as well as during promotion, sales and Christmas periods.
8.4 MAUÎ will inform the User of the unavailability of the ordered product (s) as well as refund the amount paid, within 15 (fifteen) days from the knowledge of the unavailability.
8.5 In case of unavailability of the carrier to deliver the products on the date indicated, the User will be contacted to indicate another delivery date.
8.6 Upon delivery, the User must check the packaging for damage. If you find that the products are damaged, the User must not accept the delivery of the order, which will be returned. The User must report the situation, if possible documented with photographs, through the email firstname.lastname@example.org and if agreed, MAUÎ will resubmit the order at no cost to the User. If the User wishes to cancel the order, will be returned the full amount paid.
8.7 If you do not receive your order within ninety (90) days from the date of payment of the order, please send an email to email@example.com informing us of this. After this deadline, MAUÎ will not be responsible for the loss of the order.
8.8 Delivery is deemed to have been made with the signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed address.
FREE RESOLUTION RIGHT
9.1 The User may terminate his contract up to fourteen (14) days after receipt of the order, provided that:
a) the product (s) have not been used;
b) the product (s) retain their original characteristics and labels intact;
c) justified existence of defect or non-compliance.
d) The product (s) are complete and all accompanying orders must be returned.
9.2 The User may exercise his right of free resolution by sending the Free Resolution template or any other unambiguous declaration of termination of the contract to the email firstname.lastname@example.org.
9.3 The costs of return of the order in the exercise of the right of free resolution are borne by the customer.
9.4 Once the returned product has been received, MAUÎ will analyze and confirm the condition of the order and, when applicable, refund within 15 (fifteen) days the amounts paid by the User on the order, by the same means used for payment. of the order.
9.5 If returned items show signs of use, MAUÎ reserves the right not to accept returns and to refuse refunds.
9.6 The User should note that if the return has been made for reasons other than the justified existence of defect or non-compliance of the ordered products, MAUÎ will not refund the shipping costs. Therefore, MAUÎ will not reimburse the costs related to the postage initially borne by the customer for the order.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
10.1 You may cancel your order, provided you request it by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org before shipment.

10.5) Returns are not accepted for products made to customer specifications or manifestly customized (custom made parts, feature changes, tone changes, or order / finished product parts).

a) replace the product;
b) terminate the contract.
