EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

MAUÎ Official does not accept returns. Each piece is made to order to meet the client’s expectations. Once your order has been placed, it can only be refunded in the form of a voucher valid for 18 months.

 

Simple, fast and free exchanges

Exchanges are available only for online purchases. First exchange free in Portugal (except islands). 90 days for unlimited exchanges of non-customized clothing (excluding accessories). Procedure:

Free exchange (one per order): The original product will be collected by the courier at the time of delivery of the new product. Subsequent exchanges will function as a regular exchange.

Regular exchange: The shipment must be arranged independently by the client, at her own cost. We recommend shipping with a tracking number.

To be accepted, the exchange must meet the following conditions:

a) It is not a customized product (non-standard size request, hem alteration, addition of padded cups, color, design, unique creations requested by the client, etc.);

b) It is not an accessory or underwear (bags, earrings, scarves, shawls, cups, stockings, etc.);

c) The product has not been used;

d) The product retains its original characteristics and intact tags;

e) The product is complete. All material belonging to the product must be returned.

If the exchanged product has a lower value than the original order, you will receive a voucher with the corresponding difference, valid for 18 months.

You must request your exchange / return via email at info@mauiofficial.com, indicating the product you wish to exchange, as well as the order reference.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement. Please provide photographic evidence.
