Simple, Fast, and Free Exchanges
Exchanges available only for online purchases. First exchange free in the European Union. 90 Days for unlimited exchanges of non-customized clothing (excludes accessories). Procedure:
Free exchange (one per order): The original product will be collected by the courier at the time of delivery of the new product. Subsequent exchanges work as a normal exchange.
Normal exchange: Shipping must be carried out independently by the client, at individual cost. We recommend shipping with order tracking code.
For the exchange to be accepted, it is mandatory that:
a) It is not a customized product (non-standard size request, alteration of hems, introduction of padded cups, color, design, unique creations at the client's request, etc);
b) It is not accessories or underwear (clutches, earrings, shawls, pocket square, cups, socks, etc);
c) The product has not been used;
d) The product maintains its original characteristics and tags intact;
e) The product is complete. All material belonging to the product must be returned.
If the exchange product is of lower value than the first order, you will receive a voucher with the respective difference and validity of 18 months.
You should request your exchange via info@mauiofficial.com info@mauiofficial.com, indicating the product you wish to exchange, as well as the order reference.
Returns
The return period is 14 (fourteen) days after receipt, provided that:
a) It is not a customized product (non-standard size request, alteration of hems, color, design, unique creations at the client's request, etc);
b) It is not earrings or underwear (clutches, earrings, shawls, pocket square, cups, socks, etc);
c) The product has not been used;
d) The product maintains its original characteristics and tags intact;
e) The product is complete. All material accompanying the order must be returned.
Once the return is received by MAUÎ Official, its conservation status will be analyzed and the refund processed within a maximum of 15 (fifteen) days - excluding customs fees. If your return was made for reasons other than a justified defect, MAUÎ Official will not refund the shipping costs. If the returned products are damaged or show signs of use, MAUÎ Official reserves the right not to accept the return and to refuse the refund.
