EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Exchanges

Only in online purchases, it is possible to make unlimited exchanges of non-customized clothing for 90 days after purchase (excluding accessories) in one of the following ways:

1) Free exchange (one per order). Eligible countries:

- Portugal (excluding islands);

- Spain (excluding islands).

The original product will be collected by the courier at the time of delivery of the new product. Subsequent exchanges work as a regular exchange (item 2).

2) Normal exchange. All other countries.

Shipping must be done independently by the customer, at their own cost. We recommend shipping with a tracking code.

 

To accept the exchange, it is mandatory that:

a) It is not a personalized product (non-standard size request, hem alterations, color, design, unique creations requested by the customer, etc);

b) It is not accessories or underwear (bags, earrings, scarves, cups, socks, etc);

c) The product has not been used;

d) The product retains its original characteristics and tags intact;

e) The product is complete. All materials that belong to the product must be returned.

 

If the exchange product is of lower value than the first order, you will receive a voucher with the corresponding difference and a validity of 18 months.

You must request the exchange via email at info@mauiofficial.com, indicating the product you wish to exchange, as well as the order reference.

 

Returns

The deadline for returns is 14 (fourteen) days after receipt, provided that:

a) It is not a personalized product (non-standard size request, hem alterations, color, design, unique creations requested by the customer, etc);

b) It is not earrings or underwear;

c) The product has not been used;

d) The product retains its original characteristics and tags intact;

e) The product is complete. All materials accompanying the order must be returned.

Once the return is received by MAUÎ Official, its condition will be assessed, and the refund will be processed within a maximum of 15 (fifteen) days, excluding customs fees. If your return has been made for a reason other than a justified defect, MAUÎ Official will not refund the shipping costs. In case the returned products are damaged or show signs of use, MAUÎ Official reserves the right to reject the return and refuse the refund.
